Should something need repairing after 30 days of normal wear, I will repair it at no charge, just pay for shipping both ways.

I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. It always leaves here in immaculate condition in a padded envelope. ***Please insure your package!***

I usually ship within 1-2 days of your order, sometimes the same day. If I think it will take longer than 2 days, I will let you know.

*** PLEASE NOTE *** I will only ship to addresses listed in PayPal, so please make sure your Luulla and PayPal addresses match. International orders - you will likely receive an email from me requesting confirmation that you placed the order. I will not ship unless I hear from you. Thank you for understanding.

Shipping within the USA - Shipping is via USPS First Class. Please protect your package with insurance - additional cost. If you would like expedited shipping, please send me a message for cost.

Shipping everywhere else - please note your package will ship via United States Postal Service First Class. Tracking is unavailable with this method of shipping and I am not responsible for delays/losses/fees through your customs. You are welcome to pay an additional cost for shipping with tracking available.
