I aim to post within two working days after receipt of payment, unless the item is a custom order. Most of my wooden items are made to order items, and as such please allow 4 days from receipt of payment to handcraft your item before I post.

All items are lovingly packed and posted using Royal Mail first class post. I will always let you know when your item has been posted, so you will know when to expect it through your door!

It's really important to me that you are happy with your purchase! Any problems with your item, I offer a full refund - however please contact me within 2 days of receipt. For any problems, there are always solutions! You will be responsible for the costs of returning the item to me.

I accept payments by Paypal. A Paypal account is not required, as when you click the 'Pay Now' button, you will be given the option to pay using your regular credit or debit card.
