I ship to all countries!

All items will be gift wrapped, packaged and sent via 1st class Royal Mail, although other carriers may be necessary at times. Please note customs and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you would like a different shipping method just let me know prior to checkout and I'll adjust the cost.

As each item is custom-made, unless stated otherwise, please allow a few days for your order to be knitted, assembled, loved, wrapped and shipped. I'll keep you updated throughout the whole process.

I accept payment via Paypal. Items will be made and dispatched once payment has cleared. If I'm aware of any possible delays at this point I will contact you.

I hope that you'll love your new purchase, but if, for any reason, you're not please contact me and I'll do whatever I can to resolve the issue.

I will gladly refund or exchange an item that you are not happy with it.
