Aside from Store Policy, the About Us page is one of the first supporting pages you'll likely create for your Luulla store or your online websites. "About Us" page can sometimes called as "Story" or even "Mission" but all these serve the same key purpose which is telling your potential prospects about your business value.
Unfortunately, About Us pages are too often treated as an obligation rather than an opportunity to connect with customers by selling your story, your vision, your mission, and what makes you, YOU. And to be honest, writing the perfect pitch and creating a compelling bio is difficult. Hence, today I would give you some tips on writing an attractive "About Me" page.

1. Know who you are talking to
Understanding your potential prospects is the most overlooked aspect of business communication. Every message you convey should begin by understanding the audience it is intended for. If you do not know who you are talking to, how can you tell them what they want and need to hear?

2. You need more than just facts
Potential prospects want to know more about the real you. Facts alone do not persuade.

3. Share your business values
Tell people who you are and what your business believe in.

4. An introduction to your team
By putting a face to your business such as featuring the founders or the people on your team to your bio and about page not only helps to build trust. It also helps to humanize your brand and shine a light on the people who power your business. P.S Your potential clients like to look into your eyes.

5. Communicate the story of your professional journey
Communicate the story of your business and why you started it. Explain how you got to where you are today. Make your backstory interesting so it would enables people to understand how you know what you know.

6. Tell people how you can help them.
Be specific, add links to products and services.

7. Demonstrate how you have provided solutions for others.
Link to your portfolio, projects or client case studies.

8. Give a sense of what it is like to work with you and show people why they can trust you.
Reviews, press mentions, or user-generated content (UGC) can be included on your About Us page to share how you are impacting your customers or your industry. There are a numerous ways to integrate social proof into your About Us page, from embedding Instagram galleries of customer content to featuring the logos of publications that have covered you to highlighting a quote you lifted from a customer review.
