let my customer know I have shipped their item?

You can go to the invoice page for the transaction, and on the right hand side of the invoice page, click on the link with the caption Update Invoice Status.


Select Shipped in the drop down list and confirmed.


A new lightbox will appear requesting you to fill in the tracking number, the shipping service used for the shipment. You can also include the tracking website URL for the buyer.


Once you have provided these information, click on confirmed and your invoice will be updated to Shipped and the buyer will receive a notification email indicating that you have shipped the item.
