Got me slightly confused as there are Items on here being sold which are not Handmade by the Seller.
I personally don't mind but think the Terms may need revising if Luulla allows this after all.

That's a good one, and you are definitely right about the terms. The section you described was setup with the intention of protecting all the sellers. It is there to make sure that there will not be seller that open any store to sell items that are manufactured in bulk.
I do agree that there are some flaws in this clause. Firstly, it never mentioned anything about vintage. We should also setup a special clause for handmade supplies. You are so right, it's not drafted very clearly, and thank you for catching this. I am going to put this in as a documentation bug and work on it from time to time.
It will take a while to redraft the statement as we are currently working very hard to make sure that we can launch the site as early as possible :)
