Hope you're both doing well:) I'm so excited to let you know that I've just had my very first sale! Yay!!
What I'm wondering is; how do I keep track of things being shipped? All of my items are pdf patterns and though I sent the sold items via email, I didn't see where I could mark them as shipped.
Also, I'd like to be able to re-list those patterns again and with my etsy account, I am able to copy the item again without having to re-do the whole listing. Is this possible, or should I just re-do all the steps again?

Totally agree with you it's important keep track of items being shipped and also to let your customers know when an item is shipped to them. We will definitely put this in the feature request list and make sure it will be implemented.
