I have picked up a system issue, that I hope you will find time to look at.
On the Seller's Profile, there is a section for "Favourite Tags". It gives a large text-box, into which we are asked to type our tags "separated by a space or comma".
Thus:
" wedding,book,handbound,hand made,guest,album,photo album, photograph album, guestbook, coptic stitch, stab stitch, japanese, paper, papercraft, paper goods, notebook, note book, journal, sketch book, sketchbook"
- that's My Favourite Tags list.
The Problem? If Space is used as a Separator / Delineator, it prevents the use of multi-word tags. Examples above are "Photo Album", "Coptic Stitch", "Stab Stitch", "Paper Goods", "Sketch Book"......
This is a problem to me as a seller, because there is no such word as "copticstitch" (for example) and "coptic" on its own is pretty meaningless. As a book-binder, I would like to use Tags to help categorise and describe my items within the Luulla system, but single word tags are not always sufficient.
It is also a potential problem to buyers. If I were to Search for "Photo Album" I would not get the results I expect, since tags are limited to One Word. I would hope to get a list of Photo Albums, but in fact, the search would contain Photos and Albums, as well as Photo Albums.
I have actually raised a Topic about the search results already, though I didn't realise the problem might be related to Tags at that time.
I can see that, over time, this will become a larger problem, since the Luulla system will contain more and more product listings. Both Buyers and Sellers will want to use Tags to enable items to be found easily. Sellers will be frustrated because their items do not show up in Searches - or they will be swamped by non-search-relevant results. Buyers will be frustrated by pages and pages of items that they did not expect to show up in their "tag-specified" search.
Result - Cross Customers!

Luulla is getting better and better - it looks great and I so enjoy browsing around. I'm sure the extra features will arrive as you get time. Meanwhile I'm enjoying it!

We will be working on fixing search soon. Yesterday, multi-word tagging was enabled allowing user to submit tags that consists of multiple keywords.
As for search results, the team will be improving the search quality in the coming weeks. Currently, the search results put more emphasis on product title and description, and we will be improving the relation between tags and product search results very soon.

Err... not sure if it is working yet. Using the "Photo Album" example above, there are still a load of items coming up that are not Photo Albums, nor do they have "Photo Album" in their tags or titles (thus not mis-tagging by the seller). Stuff like cards, ribbon bows, dolls - all kinds of things....
They may all have the words "photo" and/or "album" somewhere in the description - the ones I looked at did seem to have this "feature".
Is this just because the fix hasn't worked its way into the system yet, or is it still not working?

Thank you so much for informing us about this! Totally agree with what you said, therefore we had been spending our time today improving on the tagging feature.
We made some improvement to the tagging feature today and it should be working now. You can now put in tag that contains multiple words.
