While creating a list today I'm getting image results for shops that have no items in them.
For example,
http://www.luulla.com/product/4094/ribbon-yarn-and-pearls-bangle-bracelets---set-of-three
was a result from the search 'orange', but the shop has no listings. I've found several like this, where the item availability shows as 0 and clicking on the "view store" link takes me to
an Oops page that says :
Oops.. We can't find the store or product items that you are trying to visit, it might not exists or the item might had been removed or out of stock.

Is there a way to not have these items show up in search results at all? That would be way cool - I'd rather promote available items. :D

We have been working on improving search for the past few days, the problem you are seeing should be fixed by now.
The search algorithm had also been improved to put more emphasis on tags and product title. With the new improved algorithm, buyers should be able to obtain better search results :)

Thank you for being so helpful. We will start working on this and make sure that only items and stores that are available will be displayed in search results.
The search engine performs a partial and incrementing indexing every few hours and a full indexing once a week. The data might be not up to date and we should really take a look.

ps: would it be helpful to keep track of the shops that I come across like this? Or is that just getting way too OCD? lol
