Post Sale Automated Message on Invoice Page
Nicole | OpusMu..

Hi,

I wonder if any other seller has the same thought as me. After a sale, when you look at the bottom of the invoice, there will be a message with the following message:

'Hi, Shopname. I am XXX. I just made a purchase from your store, OpusMuse. I am starting a conversation thread so that both of us can stay updated with the shipping and payment for this transaction.'

I personally find this misleading, especially if that is the first sale you have. I actually thought the seller wrote me that note until I have a second sale and realized it's an automated message generated by Luulla after each transaction.

Is this message necessary? May I suggest an individual contact seller/buyer button or link on the invoice page which is more appropriate?

Also, like what another seller has brought up, why not have a post sale message where seller can input their personal message to their buyers instead? Where they can either thank their buyers or input important shipping information, etc?

Just a thought.

Thanks,

Nicole | OpusMuse

Hi, Nicole and Jen,

Thank you for the feedback! The initial intention for the automated message was such that the buyer and seller can keep in touch after a transaction.

Yet, in many cases this feature seem to create confusion both to the buyer and seller. We will work on disabling it or improving it in a few days time.

Happy New Year to you, Nicole and Jen!!

Definitely like that idea Nicole. I found that conversation creation message to be misleading as well.
