SCAM ARTISTS!!! I’ve wanted this dress for SOOOOO LONG!!! ordered it from “Lovely Dress” April 7, 2020 after getting scammed & money back from another one of thse shops called “Plano Bridal”. I should’ve learned my lesson then. These folks, “Lovely Dress”, NEVER communicate with you unless you get Luulla Support involved. I begged & even located the sellers email address on my Paypal statement, also associated with another one of these type of shops going by the name “okprom”. Really?! Even the name sounded sketchy. So after being comtacted by Support so many times, “Lovely Dress” now tells me the mayerial ISN’T in stock after telling me they’d ‘customized my goods urgently’. on 6/13/20 they said they’d redund me asap. After contacting them on 6/17/20 asking when, I finally had to go through Support where I was cc’d on the email for them to refund my money & to let support know if they hadn’t within 24 hours. Well, they haven’t!!! I’ll continue to be diligent in getting my refund! If I can find similar material online, I’ll pay to have the dress made here in the states. 6/24/20 update: after failed attempt, i was fianlly refunded my money today after filing a Paypal dispute.
