The whole experience with Luula and Prettylady seller was like a fairy tale-dream come true! I was nervous about ordering my daughter's prom dress online but she fell in love with this sweet dress on the website after searching the lower mainland in Vancouver. We decided to surprise my daughter and gift it to her at Christmas. When I went to order it, I had to choose out of the standard US sizes given. In the comments I added my daughters actual measurements. I received an email response from Carry at Pretty Lady, asking if I wanted them to make the dress customized to my daughters requirements! I ordered the dress and mentioned we were gifting it to her at Christmas. Carry told me they would do their best to rush getting the dress made and shipped in time! We received it over the holidays! The dress was more beautiful than the image and could not be a better fit, it was perfect!!! Thank you Pretty Lady and Carry for your thoughtful care, the extra effort in creating the perfect dress and the added joy you gave to celebrate this special time in my daughter's life!
