2. Processing time: 5-8 days after you placed the order
Delivery time: 4-6 days by DHL,UPS etc.
3 Packing: in order to save your shipping cost, each dress will be packed tightly with water proof bag.
4. Custom taxes:
Except Unite States, most buyers need to pay customs taxes, in order to save cost for you, we have marked around $25-30 on the invoice, then you just pay less taxes, please note that it's express help customs collect this payment, it is not shipping cost, as shipping cost has already paid before sending.
5. Return Policy:

In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, please carefully follow our guide:

2. Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality; this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and color etc.
When you return the package to us, please pay attention to the following points, if not, customers should pay for the duty:
a. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, and otherwise it will not be accepted.
b. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued.
c. If you prefer to exchange dresses, then a price difference will be charged if more expensive.
d. You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress.
