The method of payment is via PayPal.

You don’t need to have a PayPal account . When you are about to pay in the PayPal secure page just pick the option to pay with your credit or bank card. If you want to pay with different method please don´t hesitate to contact me.

Payment is expected within 2 days after the order has been placed. After that time any unpaid orders are subject to cancellation.

I send your purchases within 2 working days after the confirmation of your payment.

All my items are sent from Spain by Register Mail under signature. If there is no one at home they will leave you a note with a reference so you can pick it up in your nearest post office.

I cannot guarantee the postal delivery time once your order is dispatched as parcels may be delayed by customs.

The shipping rates cover tracking number and insurance.

I can claim for refunding in case of any lost packages after a month from the shipping date.

Once I recive an answer from the Postal Service I will be able to give your money back or send the items again.

The cost of shipping includes manipulation and packaging.

For our international customers/buyers: You are responsable for any and all additional customs charge and/or local taxes, if and when applicable. Please check your local policies/regulations on international packages.

Every item in my shop is handmade by me; therefore the item you receive may vary slightly from the photo in the listing. Please take this into consideration before purchasing. I do my best to make sure the colors in the photos I have posted are as accurate as possible. However, keep in mind that colors may look slightly different on your screen.

If you have metal allergies, and would like something made with alternative materials, contact me and we'll see if it is possible. I can come up with a creative solution!
