If there are quality-related problems in the jewelry, please contact me within three days of package delivery through Luulla messages for clarification of the issues and authorization for service shipping. I will pay for the postage in both directions if the problem is deemed quality-related. Refund for customer shipping will be limited to USPS First Class Mail rate only.

b). If you need to adjust chain length, put charms in a different place, etc, please contact me within three days of package delivery. Customer will be responsible for postage in both directions and will be charged for applicable fee if new charm, chain or other material will be used.

Single-piece orders will be shipped in 3-5 business days while multiple-piece and wedding order will ship in one to weeks after payment is cleared. Sorry I don't ship on Saturday.and Sunday. Package tracking is available to US delivery and a number of foreign countries only. Tracking will be updated and sent to your email in your PayPal account. International First Class does not carry insurance. Delivery time to an US address is usually 2-5 days. Delivery time to an international address varies, but most international customers can expect to receive their packages in two to four weeks.

All customized jewelry cannot be returned for refund.
