This anchor necklace has:

1. matte white gold plated anchor charm connected in-line with the chain

2. a sterling silver disc (3/8", 22ga) stamped with an initial in your choice of font (14 available)

3. one custom stone

4. a sterling silver chain (length customizable) closed with a lobster clasp

Stamping is done skillfully by hand with quality stamp punch sets. The stamping can be blackened to highlight the initial or left un-blackened to reveal the fine details of font calligraphy through the beautiful impression left on bare metal surface.

All findings are sterling silver

It comes with a beautiful, very presentable gift box (as pictured)

Adjustment or repair:

a). If there are quality-related problems in the jewelry, please contact me within three days of package delivery through Luulla messages for clarification of the issues and authorization for service shipping. I will pay for the postage in both directions if the problem is deemed quality-related. Refund for customer shipping will be limited to USPS First Class Mail rate only.

b). If you need to adjust chain length, put charms in a different place, etc, please contact me within three days of package delivery. Customer will be responsible for postage in both directions and will be charged for applicable fee if new charm, chain or other material will be used.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Single-piece orders will be shipped in 3-5 business days while multiple-piece and wedding order will ship in one to weeks after payment is cleared. Sorry I don't ship on Saturday.and Sunday. Package tracking is available to US delivery and a number of foreign countries only. Tracking will be updated and sent to your email in your PayPal account. International First Class does not carry insurance. Delivery time to an US address is usually 2-5 days. Delivery time to an international address varies, but most international customers can expect to receive their packages in two to four weeks.

2. Returns for refund:

All customized jewelry cannot be returned for refund.

Only quality-related reasons qualify for a discussion on service Claims must be filed within seven days of package delivery. All service shipping will need prior authorization from the seller (me). Please contact me through Luulla messages about the reasons for your service shipping. Orders returned by customer without prior authorization will be kept for temporary custody until the sender paid for its return postage for shipping back, with or without service agreement.
