If there are quality-related problems in the jewelry, please contact me within three days of package delivery through Luulla messages for clarification of the issues and authorization for service shipping. b). If you need to adjust chain length, put charms in a different place, etc, please contact me within three days of package delivery. Customer will be responsible for postage in both directions and will be charged for applicable fee if new charm, chain or other material will be used.
