All my handmade items are made with high attention of details. Most of them are delicate as they are made with some plant based natural materials. They need to be handled with care.
Shipping:
Items will be shipped with in 7-10 days. It takes up to 10-20 business days to receive items once they are shipped out.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
***Quick orders are not possible for international shipping in case of wedding because we don’t provide express shipping as it is very expensive from New Zealand.
***Usually 10- 15 business days for most international shipping. But it depends on both countries postal services. Some countries like Canada, Saudi Arabia, few European and Asian countries it takes longer than that.
***If you don’t receive your parcel between 10-15 business days contact me as soon as possible as it takes longer time to resolve this issue.
***We open a case in our postal service. This process takes time to resolve.
***Refund will be provided with some conditions. Sorry “No returns”.
***Please order in advance if the occasion is planned as there is some delays in postal services.
