This is a very wonderful vessel that I picked up from a local thrift store in Western North Carolina. It was originally green with a black wire framing basket. I really liked the wooden handles on the wire as well, and they came in handy when used for my best friend's wedding last year. The green glass had some scratches on it after the event, so I decided to spruce it up with some of my favorite colors. I absolutely adore teal, cerulean blue, and especially when they are accented with rose gold or copper. It really makes the bold colors pop and stand out. I envision this piece of tree-accented art with a raised checkered relief pattern looking fantastic on a mantle with other blues and coppers, filled with solid, natural branches, or bursting with wild greens and white floral accents. I hope you find as much joy and delight in the colors, design, and uniqueness of this vase as I surely do!
