All the orders are processed according to order confirmation we get from customers, and we are trying our best to satisfy all customers. All orders placed on our website should obey the following policies under any conditions.

Return Conditions :

1. You can get full refund for Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items,Wrong Shipping Time, Size Deviation & Color Mismatch and problems, different for the pictures etc. We don't accept refund or exchange if our dress has no quality , color ,size and style problem .

2. You need to contact us within 48 hours if you would like to return or exchange the dresses , when receive package .

3. You are not allowed to exchange or refund if our dress was Damaged or worn .we only accept products in their original condition. Because we can't sell it to other customers if do this . Thanks for your understand !

1. Submit a return request to Customer Service brownjulies@hotmail.com within 2 days upon receiving your order. Please include an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your return.

Please note that returns will not be accepted without prior approval from our Customer Service.

2. Once our Customer Service has approved your request, we will provide you with return address as well as a Product Return Form that must be filled in and included with your return. Please send the item(s) through your local post office within 3-5 business days once you have received the form. Include the Product Return Form with your return. Please don’t use courier agency like UPS, DHL or FedEx to return the parcel as we will not pay for the custom fee that might caused.

3. Once received at our facility, your return will be processed in within 24 hours. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to two billing cycles for it to be credited to your account.

Please contact our customer service within 24 hours after you receive your items to get a permission code if you want to exchange.

- Goods need to be shipped back to the designated returning address by the customer after getting the permission code; we will check the defects and revise for you. The cost of re-ship to your address will also be charged.

- Please use Post Office to ship back items to us, if use TNT or DHL or UPS, China customs will ask for taxes, and sorry we do not take any responsibility for taxes.

We have rights to refuse any disputes, refund and exchange problems if you send us complaints emails, problem emails or dispute emails out of one week. That is to say, all requests must reach us within 24 hours after we receive your order with a proof, and all problems must be solved within one week.
