For best storage place in the freezer as soon as your order arrives and use as needed. You may slice your product before freezing to make it easier to thaw and serve. The cake freezes beautifully, kept in original packaging and in an airtight container. In hot weather please do not leave it sitting on the counter. I do not use preservatives in any of my products. Your cake will arrive wrapped in aluminum foil, and placed in a heat sealed bag and ingredient label.
