Gingerbread bread is moist, flavorful and gingerbread spices of
ginger cloves and cinnamon.
Weight of the loaf is approximately 18 ounces.
Best enjoyed warmed a bit, wonderful with a bit of butter and served
with hot coffee or tea.
Ingredients: Gluten free flour blend, spices, salt, butter, sugar, egg,
applesauce, leavening, xanthan gum
Best enjoyed within 2-3 days after delivery. Freeze for longer storage
in an airtight container in the freezer. Please store unfrozen bread
in an airtight container out of direct sunlight or an excessively hot room.
Preservatives are not used in my products.
