--> Since we are using sublimation process, image or art will stay on the mug forever.
--> All our mugs are custom made to order
--> There are 2 sizes available, 11 oz and 15 oz
--> Design will be printed on both sides, if you want design only one side, do let us know by mentioning at note to seller section
Customization :
--> We can customize the mug upon request, if you want other wording then listing image, please write your wording at note to seller section while check out. Due to customization it will take 2 more days for us to process the order. We will use same style of placement of words and font as we used in listing image.
Shipping :
--> It will take us 1-3 business days to process your order. Once we ship it, it will take us 3-5 business days to be at your doorstep. We use USPS to ship all our item
Return/Exchange :
--> Once you received the item, and for some reason if you are not happy with it, we are here to help you out, we believe in best customer service. just let us know what would you like to do, return with in 14 days(the day tracking shows its delivered) and we will issue full refund.
--> Custom item can not be returned/exchange as we can not re-sell that item to any of our customer.
