Each orgone charging plate contains a very strong mix of around 12x real crystals, metal shavings, monatomic gold. The black coloured plates contains also iron powder and shungite to create a very strong field to protect from EMF.
You can use the coaster to neutralise and charge the food (place the food plate on top of the coaster for a few minutes) , your jewellery, water , place it even by your Bedside or under the bed for a healthy night sleep.
