SHIPPING TERMS
· Your item would be delivered directly from our overseas production units through well-known courier services i.e. DHL, FedEx, TNT, and Sky-net.
· Usually we dispatch item within 5-10 business days (depending upon the nature of the product) from the payment date. However, it may take 3-6 days to reach you depending upon your order nature and location.
· Shipment is offered without freight insurance
· The price shown against each item is without any import duties/taxes or local government charges
IMPORTANT NOTE
· Slight color variation may be observed in product you received as compare to product pictures due to many reasons e.g. change of material from synthetic leather, monitor brightness or camera flash light effects, resolution effects and etc.
· Please also note that the selection of size is purely buyer’s choice and we would not be responsible if you selected wrong size so please be careful while reviewing size.
· We have our own size guide (displayed along with product images ) which should not be misunderstood with any country (UK , USA etc.) specific size chart
RETURN POLICY
· We believe in creating long lasting relations with our customers and thus returns may be accepted within 14 days of receiving item in genuine cases only when item features does not match with listed item.
· We are not responsible for sizing issues and related returns because size dispatched to buyers are as per their own selection and if sizing issues occurs, we only accept exchange.
· In all above return shipment and replacement jacket shipment would be paid by buyer.
· In case of item refund, only item price would be refunded excluding actual shipping cost; same applies for our all buyers.
· we will refund less actual postage & restocking fee if incurred.
