My son had a great time watching the movie Abominable! It was beautifully done, the story and the music were very touching. He related so much to it, being set in China and seeing the main character playing the violin, like he does. It was overall an amazing one, that made me tear up a few times.
Naturally he wanted a little snow monster for himself! So I’ve made him this one that he’s named Everest Jr, after the snow monster in Abominable. :)
Materials:
Lion Brand Go For Faux Yarn in Blue Bengal
Aran Weight Cotton Yarn in grey, white and scrap light blue, pink and black yarns. (Paintbox Cotton Aran or Hobium La Mia Pastel Cottons work beautifully)
Crochet Hook 9mm and 3.25mm
Tapestry Needle
2 blue amigurumi eyes (6mm)
Polyfil stuffing optional: cut panty hose to hold stuffing
