1.The Common dresses and casual clothes(items) are due to different displays, slight color difference is inevitable, please understand.Custom dresses are handmade, there will be at most a 5% difference between the product picture and the product you receive.if you request 100% same as the picture ,Please be careful with your purchase.Items such as gradients, handmade flowers, sequins and beads are not accepted for return,

2,We will accept returns if dresses(clothes) have quality problems, wrong size, we also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you gave us, or you do no not love it after you received it and some other reasons for it .We refuse return the items without any quality problems.Please Note that Custom Order are can't be returned(custom size or color as not picture shown).

3. If you find the Dress(clothes) is in poor quality or measurements, please send us clear pictures within 24hours since you receive the dress(clothes).

4. If there is obvious quality problem with the dress(items), such as large dirt, broken or defects surface, please send us clear pictures within 2 working days since you receive the dress(clothes). We can solve this thing together .

5,Since computer screens have chromatic aberration ,especially between CRT screen and LCD screen,we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photos you see. And the same color but different fabric must has chromatic aberration, so if you asked us to return money back just because chromatic aberration, we will not accept.

6.Custom taxes

Except Unite States, most buyers need to pay customs taxes, in order to save cost for you, we have marked around $30-40.00 on the invoice, then you just pay less taxes, please note that it's express help customs collect this payment, it is not shipping cost, as shipping cost has already paid before sending.

If you return it .please see it:

1). You must contact us within 24 hours from the reception of your dress(es). Please state the problem of the received goods and the reason for the return.

Problem dress must be returned within 7 days.Tags cannot be removed.Otherwise it can't be handled.

2). Item(s) must be returned in its original condition with no signs of wear, tear, or odors.

3). Return shipping charges will be the buyer’s responsibility. It is buyer’s responsibility to pay for the shipping fee of sending back and exchange.

4). Just quality problems or size mistake, we accept returning.

5).The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued.

6).I do not refund orders of 15 dollars and below. All sales of 15 dollars and below are FINAL SALE.

3. Orders cancelled 3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund, including full shipping costs.
