Yes, I do! You can give me your custom size or give me a picture of dress what you want. And then I can make as you want.

If you are not sure what's your correct size, I highly suggest you choose free custom size(bust, waist, hips and your height and so on). I offer this service for free. Be careful, pls provide correct size, if you don't know how to measure, you can get someone professional to help you!

Our custom dress is free of charge.

Except Unite States, most buyers need to pay customs taxes, in order to save cost for you, we have marked around $30-40.00 on the invoice, then you just pay less taxes, please note that it's express help customs collect this payment, it is not shipping cost, as shipping cost has already paid before sending.

Our customers can return/exchange the dresses for refund, if we send you wrong size/color/poor quality dresses.Please Note that Custom Order are can't be returned(custom size or color as not picture shown). Because custom dress can't sell again, thanks for understanding.

1. Measurements or Size.

Due to this is online shopping, the right measurments or size is always the most important key to tailor the fitting dresses. So, it is very important dear you give us your right measurements or size according to our measuring guide and size chart. If buyers send us wrong measurements/size or you lose/gain the weight after you provide the measurements which results in a unfitting dress, I am sorry we are unable to accept return request.

2.Color Representation:

We try our best to get the color shown in the photos to be true to the original although color representation can vary per individual computer monitors as the brightness setting on your monitor may affect how the color is shown. The color difference is unable to be 100% avoided, if you worried, you are always welcome to request the fabric sample.

In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, please carefully follow our guide:

1). Contact us within 2 days of receiving the dress.

2). Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and colour etc.

3). The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted.

4). The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued.

5). If you prefer to exchange dresses, then a price difference will be charged if more expensive.

6). You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress.

7).I do not refund orders of 20 dollars and below. All sales of 20 dollars and below are FINAL SALE.

Our cancellation policy

1. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

2. Orders cancelled 1-3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund, including full shipping and 50% of product purchase price.

3. Orders cancelled 3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund, including full shipping costs.

4. Once your order is sent, it cannot be cancelled anymore.

Custom dresses are handmade,most dresses are 99% similar, while a small part of dresses are due to the complexity of craftsmanship and the particularity of handwork. There will be at most a 5% difference between the product picture and the product you receive.if you request 100% same as the picture ,Please be careful with your purchase.We are sorry for it.Please understand and support.
