Shipping/Delivery
All UK orders will be despatched by Royal Mail First Class as standard.
We aim to despatch orders within 2 to 3 working days (most orders are shipped same day).
Worldwide orders will be despatched by Airmail Small Packages as standard.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item purchased from Nina Made It you may exchange or return it within 7 days from the date the order is received. Please email Nina@NinaMadeIt.com with details of the item/s you wish to return, including your order number. We will then be happy to make a refund/exchange providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving email approval for the return.
The cost of returning the order is your responsibility. When returning items we strongly recommend the use of a service that insures the value of the goods and that you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Remember to retain the tracking number or Post Office receipt until you receive a refund or replacement. Please note that proof of postage is not proof of delivery.
