~PLEASE SELECT THE WEEK BEFORE YOUR EVENT DATE as the date you wish to receive your item. This allows you time to receive and inspect your topper, get it to the baker if necessary, and any shipping delays that the usps could have. All items ship according to the date selected at checkout not the date ordered.
~All Items are customizable. Please leave any color of blanket/base changes in the note to seller at checkout. All the bases such as the round, square, ruffle, diamond and pearl... are all interchangeable at no additional charge. You can leave this info in the note to seller at checkout.
~Please leave skin tone Light/Caucasian, Medium/Tan, Dark/Brown in the note to seller box at checkout. Otherwise it will be shipped as shown in the order picture if no changes are needed. Skin tones are not exact. Please select the one of the 3 shades that closely matches your desired skin tone.
~A single name or "baby" letters on the flat fondant cookie can be added in corresponding colors to your order. This is FREE of charge! We want you to have a personalized custom topper without added cost to help make your event perfect! Please let us know in the note to seller box at checkout if you would like a name or "baby". These are about 1'' each. 3D cube blocks can be added at an addition charge through a custom listing.
~All of our babies are available in the new larger size. The current babies are all 2 1/2'' and depending on the outfits such as gowns reach about 4''. The new babies will be 3 1/2'' in length and can be upgrade on any order by selecting the upgrade baby item and adding it to your cart. This is a separate item to add to your cart. Not a option at checkout but must be added to the cart prior to checkout. Please message me if you have any trouble adding it and I am happy to help.
~Most base such as the round quilts and ruffle flowers are 4 1/2". The rectangle quilt is 6'' and the large cross shown in most listings is 6''. This cross can be made to stand with a pic by leaving a note at checkout as well at no charge.
~Please unwrap and inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you have any questions please contact us immediately. If you have any issues please let us know immediately and we are always happy to correct them. We want you to have the best product available and strive to make that happen. Leave the topper in a box at room temp out of direct light until ready to use.
~Most items can be wiped clean and dry and saved for many years after the event. They dry hard as long as kept dry at room temp in a china cabinet type area. However this is not a guarantee as it is technically an edible item.
