1. Does the dress can be made in different colors?

Yes! we can make the dress in the color for you.

Please tell us the color and note the color card number.

2. Can I rush the order?

Yes! If you want to receive the dress asap, we can do rush order for you.

But we'll add $30 for an urgent charge, which is for manual tailors, because manual work is very hard.

3. Is the custom order available?

Yes! We can do custom dress for you both in size and color. And if you want to make a change for our original dress or order a dress which is not our lists, both of them are ok, just please send me conversation and tell me what you want.

4.How can I pay for it?

We accept Paypal for all products in our store. If you have Paypal, you could pay us directly online, if you have credit card, you could apply a paypal and link it with credit card, then paypal could get payment from your credit card.

5.What’s the packing of this order?

Each dresses packed into water proof, the outside if package from express, such as fedex, UPS, and USPS,please iron dress when you receive them.

6. What's the return policy?

Our customers can return/exchange the dresses for refund, if we send you wrong size/poor quality dresses.Please Note that Custom Order are can't be returned( custom made dress is specified in the title,custom size or color as not picture shown ). Because custom dress can't sell again, thanks for understanding.

7.Is there any fee on the order?

Our custom dress is free of charge.

Except Unite States, most buyers need to pay customs taxes, in order to save cost for you, we have marked around $30-40.00 on the invoice, then you just pay less taxes, please note that it's express help customs collect this payment, it is not shipping cost, as shipping cost has already paid before sending.

1. Measurements or Size.

Due to this is online shopping, the right measurments or size is always the most important to tailor the fitting dresses. So it is very important you give us your right measurements or size according to measuring guide and size chart. If buyers send us wrong measurements/size or you lose/gain the weight after you provide the measurements which results in a unfitting dress,and just you don't like it, I'm sorry we are unable to accept return request.

2.Color Representation:

We try our best to get the color shown in the photos to be true to the original although color representation can vary per individual computer monitors as the brightness setting on your monitor may affect how the color is shown. The color difference is unable to be 100% avoided, if you worried, welcome to request the fabric sample.

Some dresses will be 5% different from the picture.As handmade flowers and handmade beading,sequins or special fabric dyeing techniques.

In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, please carefully follow our guide:

1). Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the dress.Problem dress must be reported to us within 2 days and returned to us within 7 days.The tag cannot be removed.

2). Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and colour etc.

3). The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted.

4). The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued.

5). If you prefer to exchange dresses, then a price difference will be charged if more expensive.

6). You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress.

Please understand, We cannot refund RETURN SHIPPING cost.It depends on the weight of the dress.

The Common dresses are due to different displays, slight color difference is inevitable, please understand.Custom dresses are handmade, there will be at most a 5% difference between the product picture and the product you receive.if you request 100% same as the picture ,Please be careful with your purchase, we are sorry for it.

No refunds are accepted for custom made dressses and over US12 size.

Handmade flowers and handmade beading,sequins or special fabric dyeing techniques.The material of the gradient nail bead is that this fabric is special, and it is normal to drop occasionally,this is not a quality problem,please understand.

When you will receive your dress, if something makes you unhappy, You must let me know about it in 2 DAYS after you receive your package and let’s talk and understand what is the issue. please email us at sweetheartprom@outlook.com.

We know that ordering dresses for your special occasion is an important job, so we have a cancellation policy. However, it is important to note that our dresses are produced to order and once the creation process begins, the materials cannot be reused. The good news is that after you place your order, you still have time to make up your mind.Please see the cancellation policy below.

Our cancellation policy

1. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be deducted 15% purchase charge from the total price.

2. Orders cancelled 1-3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund, including full shipping and 50% of product purchase price.

3. Orders cancelled 3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund, including full shipping costs.

4. Once your order is sent, it cannot be cancelled anymore.

So for custom dresses, think carefully before you buy.

As this is an online transaction, please think carefully before you purchase.Never make an impulse purchase and then find us for a refund.As soon as you make a purchase, we have already paid the transaction fee for the order.

For customized dresses, due to the difference of fabric batch and dyeing,some handmade bead ,sequin,gradient or applique, some dresses will be about 5% different from the picture.

Special craft handmade flowers, embroidery, beading, custom dresses and over US12 size do not accept refunds.
