CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

And I will confirm 3 times during the whole process with you, so there is little chance you are not satisfied with the goods and you will receive broken goods. Due to the personalized nature of our products, once the design process has been started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded. There will not be any exceptions made as there is cost associated with every single phase of the design process.
