*****all items are handcrafted and not intended to look completely perfect. Making by hand means this will have a handmade look. Every item is intrinsically unique due to the handmade nature of the product.

Customers are responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods and where goods are held at the post office or delivery depot due to no one being there to sign for them, customers are also responsible for collecting the goods promptly.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges should there be an exchange or refund. For returns due to sellers error, shipping will be refunded also.

All items in my shop are handmade case , so it takes around 4-7 days for production after I have received clearly order and payment.

Production may take as little as 2 day or as much as 7 day because of many orders in important festival.

Shipping from Thailand with registered package that usually takes delivery around 2-3 WEEKS to all countries from shipping date excluding weekends. This is just an estimate time. If you cannot wait this long or LONGER please let me know and I can cancel your order ASAP.

Due to your location , countries customs processes , seasonal mail and postal service efficiency. Delivery can take UP TO 5 WEEKS OR 8 WEEKS in some rare cases.

Please be patient because delays at import Customs are common and I have no control over any resulting inconvenience from them. As international shipment may take as little as one week or as much as two months from the shipment date on rare occasions.

Delays are to be expected during higher-volume mailing periods, such as the pre-Christmas shopping , New Year etc.

As soon as I have handmade and shipped your order, and I have completed what is stated in these policies and listing description, any resulting inconvenience from your postal service/customs office is to be dealt with by them directly and not me. However, if you do not receive your package before 8 weeks excluding weekends from the date of shipment. Please contact me , refund or replacement will be sent to you.
