Orders will be shipped on business days only (Mon - Fri) excluding federal holidays within the United States.Orders must be received and your credit card authorized by 03:00 PM EST or your order will not be processed until the following business day.

We do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship from our facility. Most orders will be processed and leave our facility within two business days. Orders must be received by 03:00 PM EST in order to be processed the same day of receipt. Orders received after 03:00 PM EST will be processed on the next active business day.

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, let us know. Once a return is authorized, pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and enclose the packing slip. Send the item back to us at the address below using any traceable method. Be sure your package is insured and prepaid. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct.

Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow one to two billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited.

We gladly accept returns of any unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective merchandise accompanied by an original sales receipt within 15 days from the date of purchase.  Please note that all Jewelry sales are FINAL.
