Hello! I want to make sure everyone is happy when they purchase from me. I know internet shopping can be troublesome when you think something is a perfect color or size only to receive it and realize, opps... I don't like it. I don't want my customers to feel they can't return something simply because it wasn't exactly what they thought it was. All you have to do is contact me and let me know the situation and I will be more than happy to try to remedy it to the best of my ability.

Please note that I do not ship items until payment is received. If you purchase from me I always send a conversation or email to confirm that you have purchased and when I will ship it out to you.

If I don't recieve payment within five business days I will cancel the sale. I am willing to extend the time in which I hold an item, but you must contact me for me to do so..

Please feel free to contact me at anytime to request a custom order. I require payment in full before I start on custom work and a time frame in which you need it by if you have one.

Custom orders can be for anything you need, i.e another size, color, additional quanties for bridesmaids gifts, etc... feel free to contact me anytime for a custom order and I will let you know the time frame in which it can be completed and the price. I enjoy doing custom work! =D

I Ship via USPS for every order and with delivery confimation for USA packages. You will be sent a tracking # after shipment has been sent.

If you would like expedited shipping please convo me before you purchase and I will adjust the shipping cost for you.

International Orders:

I do ship internationally even though an international shipping cost to your specific country may not be on my listings. The cost to ship internationally varies by country, so if you see something in my shop and would like to purchase it outside of the USA please convo me if your shipping rate is not listed and I will adjust the shipping to your country. For international shipping the buyer is responsible for any and all duties and customs fees that are incurred on a package.

Purchases can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price if shipped with in 10 days of delivery. Please contact me asap after you have received an item that you decide you do not want. Any time after that and I will be unable to give refund.

Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded.
