Shipping does not come with tracking number unless the buyers chooses so and wants to upgrade the postage at their own cost. Convo me before purchase if you need a tracking number! (usually 8,10$CDN for canadian shipping and 13,95$CDN for US and international shipping)

*Canadian shipping arrival: usually within 2 to 13 business days but this is not guaranteed.

**Attention Australian customers: shipping time is around 2 to 3 months.

PACKAGING

Necklaces and bracelets: comes on a sturdy necklace card, in a clear bag. This bag is then put in a bubble mailer with a little freebie for orders over 25$.

Earrings only: If you buy earrings only, they will be placed on a pretty earring card in a clear resealable bag and then mailed in a bubble mailer.

Please note that to reduce waste, multiple items may be wrapped together. If you would like items individually wrapped, please leave a note in the "message to seller" box at checkout or convo me.

Items come from a smoke-free but cat-loving environment.

I want you to be 100% happy with your order so if for any reason you are not satisfied, convo me within 10 business days of receipt so we can find a way to fix it.

Refunds, exchanges or repairs are all available options:

*Refunds: item must be in the same condition as shipped and the buyer must warn me within 10 business days of receipt.

*Exchanges: item must be in the same condition as shipped and the buyer must warn me within 10 business days of receipt. There will be no exchanges on earrings, due to the intimate nature of the item.

ABOUT THE MATERIALS

Some of the beads I use come from nature. I do my best to select to most beautiful beads but please be aware that gemstones, shells, pearls, etc may come with minor inclusions, variations of color or imperfections.That's what makes them so pretty and unique!

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Recommended for light to medium duty wear. You should always remove the jewelry when bathing, swimming and sleeping. Please don't store your jewelry in the bathroom, the humidity is not good for any jewelry. Mild soap and water is all that is needed to keep it clean and shiny. Enjoy!
