I only accept payment through PayPal as it is quick, safe and easy to use.

You don't need a PayPal account. At check-out, click the "Pay by PayPal" option and you'll be sent to a secure page, where you can use your debit or credit card.

Payments are due within 2 days of purchase unless we agreed on a different time via email. If I don't receive the payment within 2 days, I'll consider the order cancelled.

All items are shipped from Italy.

I usually dispatch orders 2-3 days from the purchase. For custom items it'll take up to 5 days from the order.

I always ship by International Registered Mail when possible, or Priority Mail, as these are the cheapest way to send goods worldwide. Internationa Registered Mail includes tracking, but doesn't include insurance. Priority Mail doesn't include tracking number or insurance so, if you prefer a different way of shipping, please let me know and I'll work out the costs.

I'm not responsible for any duties/custom fees, so please check the regulations applied to your country before purchase.

Shipping Time

Shipping to Europe takes usually 7-15 days.

Shipping everywhere else takes around 10-20 days, although sometimes can take up to a month.

If you don't receive your order within 4 weeks, please send me a note and I'll try to solve the problem.

As a rule of thumb, please check your order very carefully upon reception.

If you're not happy with your purchase, please contact me before leaving a negative feedback, as I'm sure we'll work something out.

Orders must be sent back within 2 weeks of receipt. Items must be in original conditions and unworn.

I'm not responsible for repaying postage and handling fees.

Please remember that, as all my jewellery is individually handmade, no two pieces are the same.

Irregularities and imperfections enhance the beauty of each piece and are signs of authenticity.

- To prolong the original shine of the jewelry, take them off when showering, and avoid spraying perfume or hairspray directly to the piece.

- The chain and the findings (clasp, jump rings, hooks) used in my pieces are silver plated nickle free

- If you want sterling silver chain and findings I can change them at an additional cost which varies depending on the product

- Silver plated material may tarnish in the long run

- If you have very sensitive skin, silver plated metal can cause you discomfort even if it is nickle free
