If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me before leaving negative or neutral feedback. I promise I will do my best to make it right. I ask that you not return items that do not fit. I spend time measuring so you will know exactly how they will fit. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for another reason I offer a full refund minus shipping costs. Please contact me within 3 days from receiving the item to message me via LUULLA of any issues or concerns they may have. After the 3-day period, all purchases are final.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

I use USPS flat rate services which allow me to track packages until they leave the United States. After packages leave the USA, I have no way of tracking your package. It is common that packages are held and delayed in customs, which is something I cannot control or prevent. Please allow up to 7 weeks for package to be delivered.

If you require, insurance against theft and accidental damage can be added for an addition cost. Otherwise, I will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Usually all orders will be shipped out within 24 hours after the payment is received except weekends and holidays.
