Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Not at this time. That is something I will be looking into offering in the future. :)

How long will it take to receive my order?

The length of time from shipping to receiving is that of the post office and should be stated in your Paypal receipt.

Please understand that any damage to your package and item(s) during transit is the fault and responsibility of the USPS. If any damage has been done, please report it to your local post office. If you would like insurance for your package, please contact me BEFORE payment. Thank you.

Processing Time: 2-3 weeks for custom items or any items that are NOT Ready To Ship.

For all items RTS, please allow up to 3 business days (Monday-Friday) for your order to be shipped. Paypal will send an email when your order has been shipped.

Chunky Necklace & Bracelet Disclaimer:

Please note that these necklaces should be worn with adult supervision. They contain small parts that could potentially be a choking hazard.

Due to the custom nature of this item, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If the necklace is pulled on, it may break. The items on each necklace/bracelet are handmade and can break if handled roughly. If your necklace breaks, you can send it back to me at your expense for it to be fixed for a $5.00 charge. You must include all the original beads/pendants/clasps/wire that the necklace was made with. Any lost or broken parts will be an additional charge. (Example: pendants, beads, clasps, eye screws, bails, etc.) You will also be responsible for the shipping to be returned to you.

Resins:

All resins are handmade. If they are dropped on a hard surface they may chip or break. Do not place in direct sunlight for extended periods of time. (Such as the rear view mirror of a car) The sunlight can damage or discolor the resin. Please handle with care. :)
