Please ensure your address details are correct and the same as your PayPal address details. I will ship to your address unless you request otherwise.
Orders ship with in 1-3 business days (certain items may take longer - processing times are specified in each listing) after a transaction is completed via USPS first class (with tracking in the U.S. only) and you will receive an e-mail confirmation upon shipment. Shipping times vary widely by location, and may take longer during peak periods. Typically, it takes 3-5 business days for delivery within the U.S., and a minimum of 10 business days for items shipped outside of the U.S..
Refunds
Please make sure orders are what you want to purchase. As some items are of only one. I do offer a money back refund with the following considerations:
- if item is lost in the mail, I will check with post office with the tracking number.
- if it is confirmed with post office that it was shipped to correct address: no refund can be given.
- if order is damaged, I can refund your payment but item must be shipped back for full refund first.
- if it is confirmed that order was lost, I will refund payment minus 3% sales tax
- request for refund for lost or damaged orders must be made 5 days after order has shipped.
