Only item not receive over 2 months will be considered as shipping lost. Please understand this is oversea shipping, delivery time we can't control.

•Item needs to be returned within 10 days after you receive it and it should be not used. The items must be returned in all of the original packaging.

•Returns will be determined on a case by case basis. If there is a problem, please contact us before return, we will not accept the unauthorized return. Replacement items will be exchanged within 5 days from the day we receive the returned items.
