Most items can be ordered in different sizes and different metals, either sterling silver, or any carat and color of gold, or gold plated silver.

When ordering a ring, please make sure you know your ring size.

If payment is not received, I reserve the right to cancel the transaction. I will notify you before this happens.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I will provide a full refund for the item once it has been returned in its original condition. You must notify me of the problem within 5 days of receiving your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Postage and adequate insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.

I ship with Israel postal company registered air mail or EMS - express mail service.

Shipping worldwide with regidtered mail, takes about 10 days to 3 weeks.

Shipping with EMS takes 3-6 business days.

Shipping upgrade is availabe by request.

All items are packed in a jewelry box, and sent in a padded envelope.

I wrap the jewelry box with tissue paper.
