We love to get custom design requests. Every bride has a vision for her perfect day and we strive to make that vision reality. Ordering your flowers 6 to 8 weeks prior to your event is recommended. If you do not have this time frame, contact me to see if a rush order can be accommodated.

To give us a clear idea of your design style, please provide as much information as you possibly can. It is always helpful to see pictures of your wedding dress, your bridal party's attire and any styles you like. Actual color swatches are best because due to the settings and resolution of individual computer monitors, the actual color may differ from a picture.

Depending on our order volume, it can often take 4 to 6 weeks to design, complete and ship your order. A shipping date can only be reserved with a deposit. Rush orders will be considered. If for any reason a substitution or change to your order is necessary, we will always contact you for approval first.

A deposit based on the size of your oder will be due when you submit your order. Your order is not put in my schedule until the deposit has been placed. All the details will be contained in your custom order listing.

We only accept payment through Pay Pal. You can use your credit card through Pay Pal without being a Pay Pal member.

Once your order is complete and ready to ship, your listing will be updated with pictures for your approval. Final payment is due within 5 days of the listing. Your order will ship immediately after final payment has cleared.

NON-CUSTOM ITEMS

Items listed in our store are always accompanied with a detailed description and several pictures. However, should any issues arise after your order is received, contact me immediately. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be considered after 10 days or once your wedding date has passed. The item in question must be returned unused in its original condition and packaging. I will issue a Return Authroization for tracking purposes. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

CUSTOM ITEMS

Because of the custom order process in which you will have much imput in the design and ultimately final approval, all custom order sales are final. We take pride in providing our brides with exactly what they have envisioned on their wedding day. Your input will be essential to the design process. You will be required to give final approval prior to final payment and shipping.

Items shipped within the U.S. will be shipped via UPS Ground. You will be given a UPS tracking number. International orders will be shipped USPS which can take up to 15 days. If rush delivery is requested, express delivery will be used at the prior negotiated rate. The customer is responsible for any customs, duty, tax charged by your specific country.

If for whatever reason UPS or USPS is unable to deliver your package and it is returned to me, you will have to pay the re-shipping fee.

If for any reason, your order is damaged during shipping, please contact me as soon as possible. You will need to return the item to me (less shipping charge payed by you) so that I can issue a refund or send a replacement.
