I accept PayPal, personal check and money order.

You do not need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card. Please select the PayPal option at checkout, underneath the PayPal login will be a link to pay with a credit card. Please contact me if you have any questions. If you need to cancel your order please convo me so I can update your order cancellation correctly through Etsy.

For Custom Orders - down/final payment would be required to start working on your piece.

Items will be shipped within 2 days via Hong Kong Post after payment is confirmed. Each item will be nicely packed in a gift box with protective materials for best protection.

All international orders are shipped using Express Airmail and it may takes between 3 to 5 business days to reach you. Parcels might be delayed due to local customs clearance.

Shipments outside Hong Kong may be subject to import duty/tax or customs clearance charges, which may be applied once a shipment reaches the country. I have no control over additional customs charge and as such, those charges are to be paid by the purchaser.

I do my very best to offer you a unique and pleasant shopping experience and I hope you will be happy with the items you purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, please do contact me prior to sending a piece back.

Returns may be made within 15 days of receipt of your package. Items must be unworn and in the original condition. I think it is just enough time if you've decided to have your fine jewelry appraised by a professional. I will exchange/refund the merchandise once it is returned to me. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds are given via the original method of payment only.

In case any alterations were made by your request (change of size, etc), a 10% fee will be deducted from your refund. 
Kindly note, CUSTOM ORDERS can only be returned if the jewelry is not as described or has any defects. Unfortunately, we CANNOT accept return of CUSTOM ORDERS for any other reason.

LEAD-TIME FOR MADE TO ORDER: Currently made to order pieces may take up to 10-15 business days to complete. And please allow 3-5 business day for delivery depend on your destination. Feel free to contact me if you need your items earlier. I will try my best to accommodate.


I make every effort to show true colors, but due to the monitor differences, the product image may show slight differences to the actual product in color saturation, tone or hue.
