Payment Methods: My preferred method of payment is PayPal. If for any reason you require other payment terms, please send me a conversation and we can discuss. If applicable, all refunds will also be given via PayPal.

Cancellation policy: I reserve the right to cancel your order and relist it if you have not paid within 72 hours. An exception will be made if you are paying by methods other than PayPal.

Custom orders: I am happy to accommodate custom orders. If you request a custom order, you must pay within 72 hours. If the order is not paid for within that time frame, I will remove the custom listing and make the fabric available to other customers.

All Minnesota residents will be assessed a 7.775% Minneapolis sales tax.

I will gladly ship anywhere in the world! I use USPS to ship all orders. All orders will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment.

US: All orders shipped within the US will have delivery confirmation, unless I notify you otherwise.

Rates:* $2.00 and up, with another item extra $1.00 - 2.00

Outside US: I will track your order upon your request. If additional postage is required to track, we can discuss that via conversations or email.

All customers: If you require priority shipping or insurance please contact me and I am more than happy to accommodate.

Large Orders: If ordering a large quantity, it may be less expensive to ship in flat rate envelopes or boxes. If I feel this is the case and send your order flat rate, I will refund any shipping overcharges. Also, feel free to request flat rate shipping if you feel it is a better option for you.

Returns: If you are not happy with your order, you are welcome to return it for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Your money will be refunded via PayPal after I receive the merchandise. Buyer must pay the shipping to send it back to me. It must be in the same condition as it was sold. Sale items are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges: You are welcome to exchange items if you are not fully satisfied with your original order. Any price differences will be adjusted for. Buyer pays to ship the original product back to me but does not have to repay shipping to have the new product(s) sent. Sale items are not eligible for exchanges.

Damages and Losses: I do everything I can to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. I am not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen after shipment. This applies to both domestic and international orders.

All shipping returns and exchange inquiries must be received within 30 days of shipment.

Please note that since fabrics are cut from the bolt or cut from a recycled item (pillowcase, bed sheet, etc) the pattern in the picture might not be the exactly the same as the cut you receive. This is especially true with large patterns. If you are looking to have a full, uncut pattern, you may need to order more fabric than you need. Ordering more than needed is only available for new fabrics cut from the bolt.

Also note that I do my best to reflect the true colors of the fabric in my photos. If you are unsatisfied with the colors when you receive the fabric, please see my return policy.

Unfortunately I am not able to give discounts on large orders at this time.
