In the rare chance it needs to happen, refunds/exchanges for prints will be accepted minus shipping and handling.

Due to the time that goes into your custom prints, no refunds will be accepted. Constant communication during the production process will ensure you love your portrait!

Prints damaged in shipping [this should NEVER happen] will be replaced free of charge, provided you send me photographic proof.

I currently only offer the option for Paypal.

Work on all custom portraits does not begin until full payment is received.

Once I have begun to create your portrait, no cancellations will be accepted.

All smaller prints come loose with a mount board in a protective acetate sleeve and ship in a protective cardboard mailer. [see images in our product pages]. Larger prints come in a protective sleeve rolled carefully and shipped in a heavy cardboard tube.

Each print usually ships within 24 hours via USPS.

Orders made on a Friday, Saturday or Holiday may not ship until the nearest working business day.

Each custom portrait ships within 4 weeks of purchase via USPS unless otherwise arranged.

There are rare occasions that I might be delayed in sending your prints [sometimes we go out of town, run out of acetate sleeves, etc] but rest assured, every effort is made to produce your order as fast as possible with the highest of quality!
