Payment
As a policy to protect buyer and seller’s benefit, we only accept payment via Paypal.Also you can simply use your credit card in PayPal website. To facilitate your shopping,we will support other methods payment soon.
Shipping
Orders are shipped from China:
- via international registered airmail (with tracking number) within 3 business days upon receipt of payment
- to the address registered on your LuuLLa account (~~ NOT your Paypal address~~ ). Any refund/re-delivery fee due to incorrect/inaccurate address will be borne by buyer.
- with estimated delivery time of 6 - 10 business days.

We will email you the tracking number upon delivery and you may track your package online via Deutschepost website:

Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me within 7 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Otherwise, all sales are considered final.

- Please return the item in original state of receipt (return shipping cost will be borne by sender) for an exchange of the same item, or if not available, another item of the same amount. Refund will be reviewed only on a case-by-case basis.
--- Lost package ---
As the package is registered, we will trace the package with the post offices. Any refund / re-delivery will be handled only after upon confirmation by the post offices.
--- Cancellation ---
You may request for cancellation BEFORE shipment. Once order is registered with the post office, I will have no means to stop the package.
