We are unable to take the return if you personally feel the dress does not look on you, but there is no any problem on the dress!

What kinds of condition can be returned?

1. If return problem is caused by us, we accept return and refund you in full. Please check the followings to know more:

If you received a damaged product, we accept return;

If the product you received is not the color you ordered, we accept return; (Color may vary by different monitors, so a little color deviation is normal.)

If the product you received is not the size you ordered, we accept return. (1-3 centimeters difference is normal, we do not accept return)
