My current creation time is approximately 9-11 days. If you need an item rushed, please let me know -- I accomodate rush requests whenever possible.

At this time I only accept Paypal. However, through paypal you are able to pay with a credit card.

Payment is required for all purchases within 48 hours. If you are having difficulty with paypal, please let me know and I can assist you in navigating the system. Purchases not paid for after 48 hours will be cancelled.

Due to the nature of the personalized baby blankets, I require payment in advance of the blanket being started. Unfortunately, once the blanket is started I am unable to provide a refund.

Once knitting patterns have been e-mailed to you I am unable to provide a refund on them. Unless otherwise stated I e-mail all patterns purchased to the e-mail account that you currently have linked to your Luulla account (this will be the account that you receive Luulla notifications through).

Shipment of your order generally takes place within 9-12 days of your order -- this may change slightly, depending on my current creation time (this information can be found in my shop announcements). I do send a convo on all orders providing you with an estimated completion/shipment date. Rush orders are possible in some cases -- please do not hesitate to contact me to see if this is possible.

While it doesn't necessary happen every time, packages can be applied customs charges on entry into your specific country. Purchasers are responsible for these charges. All packages are marked as goods and includes the purchase price -- please do not ask me to modify these details.

All shipping fees listed are true shipping fees in that they reflect the actual shipping value and don't include shipping supplies. I refund any shipping difference of $1 or over via paypal, generally within 24 hours of shipment.

If you are not completely happy with your item please contact me. I am willing to refund the cost of the item upon its return to me (in the same condition, obviously). I am unable to refund shipping costs. Due to nature of custom orders, I am unable to refund these purchases. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please do not hesitate to contact me.
