How long will it take to receive my order?
Since 8th December all orders we ship fast Hong Kong post. More expensive and faster than China post service. We try our best to ship within 1~5 days from receiving the payment. The delivery of the parcel depends on the efficiency of your local postal service. Arrival time may vary between 10 days and 35 days after shipping. After the shipping we will forward you the parcel tracking code that you can check on your country postal service website. Please email us if you have more questions regarding the delivery.

Yes, we can ship with Dhl or Fedex. Contact us(rose521a@outlook.com) if you need a faster delivery, we'll get back to you with the best delivery quotation for your destination. Please remind that at moment we can't ship outside the planet Earth.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?

We accept return if A. we sent you the wrong item, wrong size, wrong color or wrong style goods. B. there is any quality problem In other cases, the shipping cost of returning is on customer side. Customer has to mail the goods to our return address in China. We suggest using the registered mailing service since customer will be responsible for any missing or damage during the return shipment. We will deduct 30% of the total order cost as our restock process fee and the first shipping cost will be deduct as well.
